| Description: | Sometime after midnight but before 5 a.m. culprits cut and took the copper wiring from the meter to my house. This involved going over more than one back fence of individual properties, where there are lights and dogs. This also happened to my immediate neighbor over a month ago, and also happened to me the first time in February 2010. |
