| Description: | Neighbor stated he noticed his alarm clock was without electricity at about 5A, but went back to sleep, waking at about 9A. He came to my door asking if I had electricity. I did. We then went to the back of our garden, through which his electric cable runs, suspended from a pole on the east side of our garden, to a pole in the east side of his garden. It is a triple wire cable, neatly cut, all three exactly the same length. It had also been cut about five feet from the pole in his garden. |
