| Description: | Homeowners were returning from dinner in San Juan to find perpetrator in their home with hands full, including down his pants so he couldn't run. Son of owner chased & caught him. I was flagged down while driving by, called Joco Police (have on speed dial) & they arrived within minutes. I took photos of ladron. Police took him into custody but we were told they could only hold him 36 hrs, so he is free to continue. The homeowners believe they were being watched & targeted as there are 2 construction sites across the road, someone watched them leave & knew their routine, that they would be gone about 1 hr, but that day they returned early. |

| Comments: | Only properties with construction very nearby have been hit lately. Beware and be watchful when there are workers, especially transient types in building trades. They learn the neighbors habits & it makes for easy marks. |
