| Description: | Returning from a walk, my friend arrived at the scene the same time as the police. The person was shot 3 times The police advise that it was not a safe area and he should walk on the main highway as it was safer Comments: The victims name according to Chapala.com was Julio - and it is claimed that he was selling drugs - and he was taken to a hospital. (Hopefully Paginas will have more detail on late Feb 3) |
