Homeowner: Her wallet was stolen in Barbara's Bazaar . Very few people in the store but she thinks it was a tall gringo who followed her around.
 
Unfortunately the wallet contained her FM3, drivers license, credit cards in addition to money.

 Yes, she has made 3 trips to report it so far.
