Entry: He (or they) broke the glass in steel frame back door, reached in through broken glass and 'released' door latch. In doing so the individual cut his right arm on the broken glass. There was quite a bit of 'blood' in hallway and in bathroom, on floor
and,  'in, around, and on toilet  bowl. 
Description:

The thieves were evidently 'spooked' by my quick return to house (15 to 20 minutes later). They were evidently after 'food' only.
The refrigerator & separate chest freezer were the only things 'looted'----but they dropped and scattered 'everything' in hallway and backyard and escaped over the rooftops. The trail of blood drops could be followed over the rooftops.

**Reader comment: Burglars sometimes check the freezer and refrigerator as this apparently can be a place where jewelry is hidden.
Police Called: Police were notified, came and inspected situation. They were very courteous.
