Chapala Bus - Pickpocket

My friend had his wallet picked from his front pocket on the Chapala bus March 14 in front of the HSBC across from Walmart when he got on the bus. A group of men was in the front of the bus and blocked his way and jostled him, when he put his hand up to hold the rail his wallet disappeared.  He knew it had happened but nothing he could do about it.  Four days later his wallet was returned to him at home minus his money and phone card but with all other cards in tact.  He paid the Mexican couple a 200 peso reward
