| Description: | Walking to the dentist this am when I noticed a dog having convulsions on the grass in the traffic circle by the train station. Dog was frothing at the mouth as well. Called animal rescue # I was given. Short of a toxicology report it certainly looked like poisoning to me. Called a Mexican neighbour who didn't want to touch the dog as he was positive it had been poisoned as well. |
