What's in your car?

Be aware that there has been a lot of thefts from motor vehicles lately - from Ajijic to Chapala - in daylight - in well populated areas.  These guys are good - and they are quick.  So when you leave your car, leave no packages, no brief cases, and absolutely no purses - hidden or not!  And yes, they found a purse hidden under a seat a few weeks back!

Here are some examples - purse or wallet left under the seat - or in the back of a vehicle - result? smashed windows.  Laptop left in car in downtown Ajijic - result?  stolen laptop.

Don't tempt them - or you too could end up with that property stolen - and lining up to get a vehicle window repaired that they smashed to open your vehicle
