Burglary Scam - I have a delivery - What is your address?

This sequence of events happened at Lakeside.
A person called - the maid was the only one there. The person said, in Spanish, that they had a delivery and wanted to verify the address. She gave them the address.
Next, they asked her to leave the house so they could rob it. They told her if she told anyone about the call, she would be killed. (She did leave and immediately quit)
Talk to the people that might answer your phone. Tell them to never give out the address.
