Victim

The owner of an alarm company came to my house to give me an estimate on an alarm system (for his name and company name, please email us and we will forward to the victim)

After giving me the quote of 11·000.00 pesos, asked a dposit of 8·000.00 pesos which I paid in cash. Since then he disappeard, no alarm system no maney back, when I found him, he claims that he does not have the system nor the money. This is a fraud
