Please Report Crimes by these suspects
The Police from this Municipality is providing important facts obtained from the Guadalajara Police regarding the arrest of three dangerous male criminals. These criminals were captured with three firearms, each of a different caliber, which they allegedly used to conduct their crimes and murder (one of them was injured by a firearm while conducting an armed assault). These firearms were used to assault the police at the time of their arrest. We also mention that two of them are the alleged persons responsible for the Death of Mr Christoper Kahr in Ajijic.
Below is a description and a photo of each criminal. They conducted their activities primarily in Ajijic.

1. SAMUEL ALEJANDRO RAMOS PADILLA, Alias “Morral”, 23, who carried in his right hand a Caliber 32 gun, Squad Automatic Type, Brand 2BR0J0UKA-HARODNIPODNIK-Strakonice, Tuition 598606, with three rounds of ammunition, a cartridge casing and a charger,
(Presumed partner of the foreign national's death)
2. ALVARO ALFONSO ARCEO SPIRITU, Alias “Espori” or “Guero”, 21 years old, carrying 357 caliber gun, Mark Smith and Wesson Magnum Revolver Type, Registration 5204468, with four rounds of ammunition and two cartridge casings, which was worn in his right hand.
3. SERGIO RUBIO MORA, 32 years old, (Emiliano Zapata No. 73, Col. Ajijic, Lake Chapala), who carried in his right hand a 45 caliber gun, Mark Cortlan, Square Type, Registration 6690314, with a charger without cartridges.
All were traveling aboard a Ford brand vehicle, Type Fiesta, 2010 Model, Color Black, Plate PPB-6534 the State of Michoacan, (They also superimposed plates of the State of Jalisco).
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT IF YOU WERE A VICTIM OF ANY OF THESE CRIMINALS, YOU ARE NOT TO REMAIN SILENT. PLEASE GO TO THE CHAPALA POLICE STATION (Calle Niños Heroes #573) OR TO THE MINISTERIO PUBLICO (Calle Juarez #573) TO FILE A COMPLAINT OR RATIFY AN EXISTING COMPLAINT, SO THAT THESE CRIMINALS CAN BE PUNISHED ACCORDING TO THE LAW FOR ALL THE ILLEGAL ACTS THEY HAVE COMMITTED.
