| Description: | The closed purse was in the top shelf of my shopping cart. I had bought cosmetics at that section and had paid them, so I knew the wallet was with me IN the store. At check out, the wallet was gone. The debit cards were subsequently used in Soriano before I could get back here to cancel the cards. I am reporting this the following Sunday, and I have STILL not been able to get any funds from my accounts in the States. I don't have the passcodes for the credit cards (not in the wallet) for getting MONEY because I never need to use them for that...and the banks have not managed to get any workable cards down here to me. I am extremely disgusted with the whole situation. |

| Comments: | don't know how to report to the Ministerio. I will probably report this to the police today, but I can't stand any more hassle. I didn't think they could do anything about the situation. |
